    Potatos, mayo, onions, celery salt. just for a start.

    new potato's
    mayo (not a lot)
    spicy mustard
    herbs
    salt and pepper

    and then you can add other stuff if you would like

    five pounds potatoes, peeled and dice into one-inch cubes.

    18 cups of Dukey's mayonaisse

    one-quarter teaspoon of chilean chives, husks removed

    one cup sea salt

    one large onion, diced



    cook taters in boiling water. drain, place in mixing bowl and put in fridge to cool. then mix taters with remaining ingredients and pour the whole works down the front of your pedal-pushers. Do calisthenics for a half hour. garnish with hazelnut-prune relish (see Page 132) and serve.

    And it is better if it sits overnight. The flavor soaks into the potatos.

    I had one last summer that was really good that used 1/2 potato, half sweet potato.

    That sounds pretty good. I had one this weekend that was funky, they said it was German potato salad. I didn't care for it.
