What kind of info will my accountant need regarding the sale of my house in 2007?

I realize I could ask him and will but he is busy finishing up buisness taxes and this might be a quicker way to get a general idea.

Will it, alone, take care of the two year primary residence capital gains tax exclusion or will I need to bring the HUD from when I purchased as well?

that is for if you got audited by the irs, they could look up on tax records. I would not think you would have prove to you tax person this. Mine never makes me prove anything just says to make sure i have records to back it up.
