Is it just me or did Robinson act like he was starting to get it toward the end of the season.

I know his first 12-13 games were awful, but I thought he had some pop there returning kicks at the end. I also think the dude can play a little WR based on what I saw in practice games..

It did seem he progressed as the season went on.
The last two games of the season he had 6 KR's for 190 yards or a 31.7average
Over that last 3 games he had 6 PR's for 80 yards for about a 13 yard average

His season long stats were 23 yards for KR and 8.7 for PR

So he has shown improvment and I agree that Coclough hasn't proved to be dynamite.

Colclough deal is really just a one year deal at whatever that first year low # was. If he surprises we can keep him for a million and a half or whatever, but I doubt he's on our roster this time next year. And if he is, only because he surprised.

And if he does surpass expectations, they would probably extend him rather than pay that balloon payment.

Does Colclough have any value besides KR/PR?

    Colclough

    No history at FS

But wasn't he the 3rd CB taken the year he was drafted

Just wondering if he may be a F/S project !

Fox & Co may go in house at FS and will focus on rebuilding the Lines in the draft

Giants have proven Front 4 Pressure makes the DB's look great

I like our moves so far as well but I do wish we had done something with safety. Some more depth at DT would be nice before the draft. I am fine with our starters but we need some guys for the rotation.

I read somewhere that Coclough only gets about $650,000 this year unless he meets certain incentives, so even if he doesn't make the team, it's no big loss.

BTW, from what I understand, he's a pretty good gunner on ST's as well as having return abilities. If nothing else, I hope he does that well enough to allow them to take Richard Marshall off of ST's. That alone, would make him worth the money, IMO.

What I like about this off season, is that they seem to bringing in guys who have something to prove, which is always a good thing in my book.

in the end the problem isn't that we got Colclough, just that he got more than DJ Hackett and probably more than Muhsin Muhammad.

Did Colbert sign for more than that pair?
