    I need to come up with some kind of exercise I can do at home. I may get a bike or something. The gym was just too expensive and difficult to make time for.

    Whatever you end up doing, make sure it's something you actually like, not just something that's supposed to be effective. Very few people in this world have the discipline to stick to a program doing something they can't stand. I am not one of those people.

    I know what you mean. The only thing I have ever stuck to in my life as far as exercise is karate. If my knee will hold up I may go back and train with a guy I know who teaches.
