None now. That was my point. The well is dry, but it wasn't.

And Nate Sally, huh? Im almost sure that was a joke. I think. But if it wasnt, thats fine and all, but it feels silly to rely on a guy we havent been able to rely on in years. Speaking of injury history?

And if we are going to criticize guys like Kennedy and McCree because of their range, which is fine, why arent we concerned with Sally's range? This guy aint screaming prototypical free safety.

It just stinks to me, that if we hope to get a decent prospect now, we'll have to burn a pick early.

And? If you think its redundant, fine, say it, or dont respond, instead of saying something retarded.

Eugene Wilson is out there but who knows what'll happen there.
Not much else. Cooper, of course.

i remember last year after the draft. we were all like wtf? no safety? going into the season i thought it was going to be a huge issue for us. and it really wasn't. we traded for harris and our guys were ok.
even without much of a pass rush...
while i agree we should look at every position and see how best to improve our team, so far i'm not as concerned with it as i am about some of our other holes.
no one seems to be able to offer any insights into some guys who are still out there who would improve us at safety.
    so:
    1. we sign a free agent safety who is still floating around
    or
    2. we draft one
    or
    3. we wait around for more cuts and sign another safety later.
i'm alright with our approach so far.

EDIT- Yeah, P99 called it. He's a Tampa Bay Buc now.

We won't and shouldn't, given our other problems, take Kenny Phillips-he is sliding, so he may be there in the second but then we hurt ourselves on the lines.

I really don't see anyone out there that makes me jump in FA. Doss was a name being thrown around last year but he couldn't crack the lineup in an awful Minnesota pass defense.

Resign Cooper throw another second day pick at the problem- Whoever wins between CJ Wilson, Teal, and TBARook gets to stay behind cooper 'redshirting'.

Do you have anything profound to add to this great thread?

Eugene Wilson was signed yesterday, btw. Tampa, one year deal. They're moving him to corner.

Inevitably thats probably what we'll do. And that pisses me off, because we had options.

B&B is right, that we should absolutely put the priority on the lines, but that doenst mean we ignore problems when theyre there, when they can be addressed.

i keep wondering if they are thinking about moving one of our corners to safety. we seem to have a buttload of corners.
