You must have missed the other thread where I said the same thing. Late and redundant as usual.

It's called money. More seats sold equal more revenue. Although the ACC Tournament is not the hot ticket is once was, it's still a cash cow and the bigger the building the bigger the Bovine.

As much as the ACC hates it, Atlanta is an SEC city and shouldn't host the ACC Tournament, regardless of the shitty venue.

No doubt, Atlanta will host a lot more ACC Tournaments in the future, especially with 12 schools. I'm doubtful it will ever return to Charlotte, hopefully this weekend is a huge sucess because our arena is perfect for basketball.

I've been there for two college games, but you could play the SEC title game anywhere and it would be great. I just don't like the Dome atmosphere for football in general. No one in Georgia gives a crap about basketball either. Georgia Tech is the favorite among the minority in it's own state I don't understand why they would go in the middle of SEC country for an ACC tournament. It was better than the Superdome though. That place still has holes in the roof on the inside from Katrina. I went to the games tonight though. Maryland just blew it. They have good talent, I just don't understand how they choke it away every time and BC isn't even that good.

Concessions are too expensive at the Bobcats Arena.

The Maryland cheerleaders are uglier than sin/Duke cheerleaders.

The Virgina cheerleaders are even uglier.

The Light Rail was pretty nice, though.
