UNC having the better D than dook decided the game. To be honest, never thought I would say that about a game against dook.

The way the game was called favored UNC in that regard. Oh, don't get me wrong, it was called the same both ways but most of those blocks UNC was slapping at the ball. That is a foul 80% of the time. The refs let them play and it worked out to UNC's advantage. Its not like they magically played better D.

Telling stat is that Hans didnt shoot 1 freethrow....

and when the NCAA roll around and the officials realize that Hans creates most all of his contact.....he wont be shooting them then either.

The game was evenly officiated, UNC played better in the first half than Duke played in the 2nd...that was enough to win the game.

Does Green's dunk on Paulus qualify as teabagging? If not, it's damn close.

Oh lord was waiting for how long it would take for a dookie to make a foul comment like this. The blocks were not fouls, if 80% were as you claim, there would have been bitching about it allover the place. Maybe you need to listen to your brethen Bilas a little more before making statements like that.

But sure even if you want to say some of those blocks were fouls, if they called the fouling inside by dook as well, UNC would have blown you guys away. Calling fouls always favors a team with an inside game vs. a pure perimter team if both teams FT shooting % is the same, but factor in that UNC is a lot better FT shooting team than dook, game not even close.

Pretty sure most strong inside players draw contact. Tyler definately gets fouled a lot more than he fouls.

Will have to admit this was one of the few games where the dook flop wasn't called like normal. If the refs consistantly take that away from dook, they may be lucky to be a .500 team.:spanka:

Teabagged. Nutted. Whatever you want to call it. Actually during the timeout just after that dunk, I saw the other dookies excitedly asking Paulus if Green's nuts were everything they'd hoped they would be...
