Seems Memphis should be number one though. Only one lost and that was to the number 2 team in the country at the time.

Kansas has been struggling more than Duke. Pretty sure they were like 21-0 and now they are only 25-3 (I believe). UCLA will be #1 in the West no matter what. They always throw a team out west a bone (see Washington barely being in the top 10 one year and being the #1 team in the West a few years back). Duke has got to be licking their chops. They are the underdogs again, in Cameron, on Senior night, playing the #1 team in the country. There is no way that UNC can be ahead of Duke if Duke sweeps them. If Duke wins you know UNC will be throwing out the But But But Lawson wasn't 100%. Wine and cheesers. Duke almost beat UNC last year in Cameron and UNC isn't as good as last year's team and Duke this year is light year's ahead of last year's team.

You dont have anyone on the team to replace the O and D that Wright could play....plus Terry's Senior leadership.....and all of his intangibles.....

You have Stepheson and Thompson (right?) they have to be subbed in to replace what Wright provided......and you really dont have the depth you did last year.

Hansbros minutes are up significantly from last year....I think he averaged like 32/game....he's averaging 37/game in ACCplay......

Not saying you dont have a good team, but to argue that this team is more talented than last years is a stretch IMO.
