Memphis got back in the game by running that little weakside play for Rose.

Tennesee won the game with a backside screen and a high/low post play. What's not structured about that.

The "unstructured" play was the result of two teams that like to run. If you notice, there was not a lot of fast break points, except for that second half spurt by TN that got them the 7 point lead. The transistion defense by both teams was fantastic.

North Carolina would be gassed if they play either team.

You realize both UNC and Duke score more per game than Memphis or Tennessee?

So does VMI. Not sure what your point is.

North Carolina doesn't have the kind of depth or front line athletes you need to run with either team, and I don't think you could slow the game down. Same thing that happened with Duke would happen again.

North Carolina will go deeper in the tournament that Dook. My guess is by two rounds.

WTF?!?! UNC when healthy has guards that are All-American level, and at point guard UNC is faster. I'm not saying they'd be "better' but there's not enough difference to say they'd be run outta the gym.

UNC had 7 guys log major time tonight, and that will go up to 8 once Lawson gets back; on top of that Copeland and Graves are getting some actual non-garbage time.

    I don't think they've got a depth problem.

Good lord. That's just Tennessee homer talk. The truth is that Tennessee and especially Memphis don't have much going for them besides athleticism. I think either or both could be bounced out of the tournament early due to cold shooting.

the 2 best teams did not play last night.....1 of the 2 may have (Memphis).....the other IMO resides in LA......I still think Kansas is the team to beat....unless Self gets in his on way like he tends to do.

UNC and Duke (im a Duke fan) both have weaknesses....Duke's have been pointed out in all 23 wins and 3 losses....

UNC for all that Hans does, they still struggle to play solid D and they do not guard the 3 very well.....this is not the 2005 team...hell it aint the 2007 team and if you think Hans can over come what they lost last year...I give you JJ Redick in 2006....1 player will not win you an NC.
