Y'all doing some great jobs here ! Keep it up and don't let anyone tell you that you will gain it back. I lost 70 some and it has been long gone now. I learned to eat sensible and now I don't even think about it, I just do it.

Well it is still not translating into success on the scales. I am back up to 244 this week. Hopefully it will start to show next week. The funny thing is I feel like I have lost a little bit. My clothes seem to fit better too. According to my bathroom scales though I have not lost anything.

That's something. Take some encouragement from that, Thelt. It says your body is adapting to the changes you're making. It's not showing on the scales yet, but it will. Just give it a little more time -- you're doing great!

i've changed a lot of things/habits since jan. 1, but i haven't yet seen a change in my weight. i do feel a lot better, though.

i've been changing one habit each week. i know the big change will come this week when i commit to walking each day.
