    Casey signed for 800K. Cora, Casey, Crisp/Ellsbury, & Mirabelli are the current bench. Not bad at all.

    Lester gets to camp 10 days early. Looks like Bucholz will really have to show something to get that fifth starter spot. I guess Clay could use half a season in Triple A anyways.

    Manny and Brandon Moss save the Sox' bacon. Dice-K looked very average. Five walks in five innings? Coulda been worse. He'd get ahead of batters 0-2, 1-2 and then go full. Papelbon kinda stunk.

    Manny posed on that 10th inning double until it hit the wall and still got into second. He could have had scored if he ran out of the box. It almost mattered.

    Oh well, that's how he does it. hard to complain about a guy that had 4 rbi's.

    Sox are right back where they left off...in first place.

    I didn't see the pose, just read about it. I did see his first double and he absolutely crushed it. Apparently, he came into spring in the best shape he's been in a few years. He wants those option years and maybe a couple more.

    what are the odds the Herald and/or Globe will use "Manny being Manny" in one of their headlines tomorrow?
