    Quality of players, huh ? He's bringing in the 3rd rated pro style QB in the country ( 4 *, by the way) , so I believe that's pretty good quality.
    Rivals has State at 30, EWEnc at 44.

    Notre Dame should land some good defensive recruits in the next few years with Tenuta running the defense.
