My shoulder...anybody know?

    Could be a partial dislocation. They're not all that uncommon.

    How did you hurt it before?

    Exactly where is the pain? Be specifc. Front, back etc...

    Part of your symptoms say pinched nerve and the others say muscle.

    Of course sometimes when you are injured, you hold it differently and use it differently and end up hurting it in another way.

    For sure, if this doesn't clear up in a couple days, it probably won't without some intervention.

    A Couple things to think about...

    Do you sit with your elbow on the desk a lot? Your ulnar nerve runs from your shoulder all the way down to your 4th and 5th finger (i think it's those two) and can get inflammed from rolling it around on a desk all day.

    Have you ever had a neck injury or is your neck feeling tight? It also sounds like it could be a disc in your neck.

    can you shoot a shotgun with your toe?


    it's the only real cure for this.
