    Both Jake and Fox looked significantly younger. Julius also appeared much more slender. How did we make the super bowl with Terry Cousins and Reggie Howard?

    it was back when you could hold, so we had two good safeties. RMJ stepped up just in time to make it not a weakness. Then we had to change it up so we got three good corners.

    Cool, I hope there is a Blu Ray release of all HD Super Bowls soon. I'd buy it again.

    I saw richard seymour (93), I believe, stomp on Davis' midsection after a tackle, after getting up and Davis was still on his back. I think it was on Davis' second run on the 1st possession in the 2nd half. I saw several no calls on obvious holding by the pats offense, especially on peppers.
    I noticed a coupla very dirty, late hits by harrison after the ball carrier was down.

    I also saw a few times where the pats' offensive linemen 'fell' headfirst/elbowfirst well after the play on panthers' d lineman who were on the ground. After once or twice of all this happening after I noticed at the beginning, I watched for it the whole game and noticed a lot of dirty play.

    Admittedly, I didn't watch as much to see if the panthers did it too, but I didn't really see nearly as much 'obvious' dirty play as I saw the pats. I've noticed the pats doing a lot of shit that isn't called against most everybody. Altho, I think it's not just limited to the pats. but there has been lots of bellyaching about it from other teams. One might chalk it up to other teams just being jealous or whatever, as well as opponents' fans, but still, I've noticed a lot of it as well.

    ESPN couldn't show a highlight of NE beating SD without obvious holding on every play.

    I think a lot of this stuff gets intensified during the playoffs because AI think the refs are a little more hesitant to decide the game.

    In fact I think this has been discussed here before with regard to the 5 yard contact thing with CB v/s WR. I am pretty sure there was conversation during the time of our super bowl run about dirty play during the playoffs, maybe it was regarding the pats v/s Colts battles.
