I can't help it, I enjoy it when people have irrational grudges. Ufortunately, it doesn't enhance one's argument.

    Good Comparision?

Branch can run a 4.38, Branch has good quickness, body control, and acceleration to close on the ball. They are nothing alike. Alexander was not even drafted, not to mention Branch finished second leading tackler on the Stanford team against Pac-10 competition. No reason to believe it will not improve in the pros.

How are they alike? They both take bad angles on tackles and started at FS in the pros.

I'd like to see the source for the 4.38. I saw something higher than that draft day. I'd like to see quickness, body control, and acceleration displayed on the field more. Regardless, I said he was faster.

Beyond speed, they are alike as Pros. Neither is instictive, neither can cover. Both are best in zone. Neither can tackle.

One Link. I was wrong. It was 4.39. Pretty fast though. "Another safety who impressed was Colin Branch of Stanford, who ran a 4.39 in the 40-yard dash."

    Two link.

"Plays good man-to-man coverage for a safety. "

Don't take my word for it.

Great. Now if we only actually saw that speed or that man-coverage ability, on the field. And at best, it suggests he does this or that, but still shows him as a workout warrior who had 1 PD in 11 games, and only started a year and a half.

I'd even just settle for that stat on Evans v/s Branch, irrelevant as it is, because, well, it doesn't exist.

I saw that one already myself. But he hasn't displayed the lateral movement on the field that he did in Indy. This one is more true on his man coverage.

"Slips at times coming out of his breaks due to poor balance … Raw in man coverage"

Marquand Manuel almost made me miss Collin Branch.

    Almost.
