    The "skull" coming through the time capsule. (nothing can come through unless it's living tissue)

    The FBI agent still doesn't believe in "the machines", even after an entire SWAT team saw one go into the bank and presumably they found the body of one in the bank rubble.

    They just tossed said robot body into a dump. At least between T1 & T2 they had the foresight to research it.

    The fact that the head could bring the body back to life and the body would then track down the head and reattach it isn't really a plot hole, but it's still kinda lame.

    Well that can't be true or the girl would've never gotten through.

    yeah that's pretty bad.

    yeah I didn't really like that. I'd have rather seen something like the head sent off a signal alerting other terminators as to what's going on.

    She's covered in skin.

    That's central to the Terminator mythology (Reese talks about it in T1). That's why they always arrive naked, because clothes, weapons, etc. can't come through the portal. When Jon, Sarah, and Cameron came through the portal to 2007 (the same portal the skull came through) they lost their clothes because their clothes weren't living - so why would a dead skull make it though?
