Good game doesn't just mean good offense. To be fair, I didn't get to see the first half, so if we were crap then, I'll take your word for it.

You have to give Clemson some credit for the way that we played, although, I was a little disappointed that Roy didn't seem to try to counter their moves by doing something differently. You are right about some of the stupid turnovers though - we need to stop that - especially the forced lob entry passes to Hansbrough.

The game was physical, no doubt, but I can't think of any ovbvious missed foul calls.

Both teams were slugging it out in all phases of the game, and it was fun to watch. I have no idea what that Clemson guard was doing pulling up from 25 feet a couple of times though.

 

He's a freshman who has been hitting them up until last night. You should have seen some of the shots he made against Alabama. OP has given him the green light to shoot from anywhere he wants as soon as he crosses half court. Unfortunately, they just didn't fall for him last night.

 

the first 5-7 makes sense then. But after that, freshman or senior, you pass the ball. It's obvious he was off his game and you don't shoot your team out of a game like he did.

 

I totally agree. It's probably why he didn't see as many minutes in the second half.
