Last night I had my first, and last Bobcats experience. I was given (thank God) four tickets on the floor for Friday nights game against the Knicks. The seats were 85.00 ea. in section 107, great seats for a basketball game. I took a friend, my son and one of his friends. We got there early hoping to go scout around the Arena since it was our first time in the facility, and what a truly gorgeous facility. We got to the door at 5:40 PM and went inside where we went through security. Then was approached by a gentleman that told us if we had our tickets we needed to go back outside and wait. I asked if there was anywhere we could go to hang out for a few minutes, he said outside. We did find the Bobcat store which was nice if you like $32.00 ball caps. Then we went to start to line up outside, and overheard a lady employee tell some people that they would only be allowed through the entrance where the seats were. But none of the doors were marked with gates, sections or anything. Upon asking we quickly found out the obvious...Nobody there knew a damn thing about what was going on, and if they did, they really didnt care. It was as unorganized a sporting event I've ever attended. If I had actually spent $340.00 for these tickets I would be even more sick than I already am for just going down there for free. I attended several Hornets games and always left there wanting to actually go back sometime for another game. I will never attend another Charlotte Bobcats game, not even if I was given TO's seats literally on the floor for free. Michael and Bob better get their asses out of that nice suite and go see whats really happening outside and around the arena. Because if they don't, they will not need to worry about the talent on the floor, because they wont be in Charlotte. Everyone needs to take a bit of pride in their jobs and not let the public see their misery. Hell I don't like being at work sometimes myself, but my customers will never know it. The highlight of the evening was seeing TO go sit at his courtside seat, but he was only there for maybe 15 mins and never came back for the second half. He may have felt the same way us common folk felt. I will continue to pull for the Bobcats, but it will be through the TV and newspapers. Good luck

The only game I ever went to I remember being impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was.

That's great...I guess you caught them on a good night, or maybe I caught them on a bad.

I've been to quite a few games and never have had a problems getting in or out - were you trying to enter via the luxury suite entrance or something?

My only experience was pretty shitty too...I had ordered tickets by mail..when we got to the gate, they said the scanners wouldnt read tem and we would have to wait in the will call line to get reprints. Problem is, half the fucking crowd had to do the same. Missed tipoff.

The ushers are a fucking joke. Black women jabbering to each other about the weave they have or their boyfriend's dick (no lie I heard it). I went last year twice and bought 10 dollar seats. Both times I upgraded myself to lower level seats, "no worse" than 10 rows off the court

What did you expect from the people that are in charge of the franchise? Can we compare this to the debacle that was George Shinn?
