I thought he looked pretty good last night on returns. He had a couple of long ones and almost broke it a couple of times.

Pregame radio interview with him said Smitty works with him a lot on returns. Coach Smitty!

I think our special teams got us some of the best field position we've had in a long time.

Smitty would know, but that says something when a player coaches better results than the coaches.

yeah. Crossman still needs to go, even though cover units are still good and Robinson is getting better. Now we know why.

The thing is, Baker's regressing a little, Kasay's going to need replaced one day, and someone has to fix that. And make something out of Robinson.

FWIW, the more play RR gets on O, the better he gets on ST. He has shown why we picked him, and hopefully that alone is worth getting the top ST guy available.

i'm sure the better way to say it would be "...with the EXTRA help from Smitty"

you have to think it's in combination with the coaches... players that put in that extra time working on individual moves or techniques and Smitty helping with either that or translation of what the coaches are saying. Robinson is a rookie and has a lot to learn in the NFL

Smith is all about giving back, paying it forward... he's awesome, and not a bad football player to boot

Anyone else notice Curry making some tackles on ST, think we may have found a keeper there.

I think he was Detroit ST captain as late as last year.
