Oh - general comment about the book - entertaining, but only average in epic fantasy genre terms, IMO. I've read a lot of other stuff I enjoyed a lot more. He's no Tolkien. Or even JK Rowling.

I remember that back in the late 80s. So you're saying my generation was overloaded with sensless violence, and by default todays are as well?

no the idea that God is and God is not have to be on equal terms. You've got a blind anger towards this. You're one of my favorite people here. That's one of the reason I try not to debate religion much because I understand your beliefs. I can live with the anti-religious movies as long as they're straight forward. The problem is we've all seen you complain about everything Pro-Christianity, but now that someone complains about the opposite you're up in arms. That is extreme hypocrisy.

You are funny. There is no need for anything to be on equal terms in entertainment or fiction. You'll probably find most of my "complaints" about Christianity fall into one of two categories. When Christianity intrudes into the public sector when it shouldn't, ie, the schools. Or when "Christians" determine that certain private endeavors, such as books or movies need to be boycottted or banned.

Vito do you agree that the question What Would Jesus Do is an idea and an opportunity for a child to think and reflect?

If so, why do you bitch every time your child brings one home from school?
