Exactly. The kid actually has a nice touch. He was very surprising to me with his passing accuracy......and obviously, tough as nails. I'm sure the pro guys are praying that he learns to slide, though

Arkansas lost their starting WR's before the season started, and McFadden ran for more yards than last year. Good enough for me

The way I see it is McFadden not only did what he was doing... but did it while in a team rushing attack (see Felix Jones), No passing game (See Casey Dick, and no Marcus Monk), and did it injured at times (see minor concussion and bruised ribs... also next to concussion for some reason I see a picture of Dan Morgan, odd).

TD's don't mean everything, it's not hard to achieve when you run all the short yard and goal situations because you have no running back. And is Tebow actually considered the BEST at his own position even? Just saying...

I voted for Tebow but I want to change my vote to Armanti Edwards. If an FCS school can get votes for the Top 25 then an FCS player should be eligible for the Heisman.

Is Tebow really that good of a pro prospect? He reminds me of a slightly more talented Bobby Douglass.

the more time that passes by, the more information that starts to compile, the harder it is to understand what Arkansas was thinking.

They fired a coach with a potential Heisman winning RB, the injuries mentioned above and he went 18-8 the last 2 years with 2 bowl games in the SEC. There has to be more to that situation. Of course nobody wants to go to the middle of the country and jump on that grenade.

A lot of it has to do with the big money in Fayetteville not liking him, his strongest supporter (Broyles) retired. About 50% of the fan base was calling for his head. Most everyone was soured over the way he lost last years recruits... Take your pick really, none of the decision was based on record, they wanted him out 3 years ago.

Yeah, but you're an Arkansas fan, right? They did have Felix Jones, but can you name me another offensive player for Florida? It's true that the Razorbacks had no passing game, but it's equally true that the Gators had no running game. Tebow and McFadden played in the same conference, both with on teams with numerous flaws, and Tebow had far more of an impact than even an admittedly great player like McFadden. That's just the way it goes, or the way it should. The only way McFadden wins is if people are stupid enough to refuse to give it to a sophomore again.
