    Yeah, but only because he knew they were gonna fire him and then added insult to injury.

    Anyway, what I'm getting at is, Arkansas would be getting a coach not as good as the one they have. Gotta be somebody besides Bowden who would take that job.

    Bowden has never had a losing season, been to a bowl every year of his career except his first at Tulane, when he went 7-4. His head coaching record for his career is 87-44.

    He resigned due to the fued with the medaling alumni. It wasn't about performance.

    I didn't say he was terrible, but did you read the article??

    "The irony should he take the Arkansas job is that he would be replacing a coach, Houston Nutt, who took the Hogs to two SEC championship games in 10 years but left Fayetteville last month largely because of a fractured fan base. Nutt was named the Mississippi head coach a day after leaving Arkansas."

    Clemson can't ever get to the championship game. They blew it again this year.
