Kinda fucked up premise for a supposedly legitimate question don't you think? How bout this one? If you woke up with a vagina in the morning would you try to fuck yourself?

And as for any of those famous thinkers, I doubt a single one would have had their belief tested by a book or movie. Well, unless they weren't really that bright to begin with.

 

Yes because they were adults.

If your premise is that kids can handle adult material then you aren't too bright either.

But hey, lets make a kids movie where a little boy does wake up with a cunt and show it to them.

And I don't think kids should have been shown Passion of Christ either. It was rated R.

I didn't know that religion, especially in symbolic terms, is material kids can't handle. Better shut down all those Sunday school classes and for the love of pete, please get rid of that week long indoctrination camp called Vacation Bible School.

Once again, I refer you to context. At church and VBS kids and parents know what they are getting into.

If parents want to let their kids read the arguments for atheism that should be their choice.

And once again...if the imagery Golden Compass is as light as it was in Narnia this whole argument is moot....I am talking more in hypothetical terms because I haven't seen the movie.

 

My parents took me to see DC Cab when I was like 8 cuz I loved Mr. T. There were tits before the credits were even over and so we left in a hurry. That had a profound affect on me and I never forgot it. I really don't think the human pysche is that complicated.

 

And I loved The Three Musketeers as a kid where the good guys battled elements of the church. I have no problem with good vs evil but in The Three Musketeers the whole church wasn't indentified as evil.

 

I'm talking about tits now. Stay on subject.
