You've said that he was awful, crap, and now ineffective, but he had QB rating for the game in the 80s, was accurate with his throws, and was held back by the poor play-calling. Oh good lord. Carr threw it to where Colbert would have been and it would have been a touchdown if the defender hadn't smartly grabbed Colbert as he realized that he was going to get beat for 6.
