    Unbelievable. One of my best friends was raised in WV, attended Marshall and I am sure is contemplating suicide over this. To lose at home to a crap team like Pitt and having a date in the championship game awaiting. :bigcry:

    West Virginia fans are inbred assholes anyway, so I was glad they lost. No way Georgia deserves to get in, though, as they didn't even win their conference. LSU or even Oklahoma would be more deserving, although it's pretty clear that no one really "deserves" it this year.

    And don't bring up Hawaii. :nono:

    WVU has 2 losses and lost at home to Pitt the last game of the season!!! They were over hyped all year. The Big East is VERY weak. The Big East lost it's best 2 teams to the ACC years ago (Va Tech & BC) and the league has no real depth at all. I can think of many teams that would kick their @ss: LSU, Okla, USC, OSU, Georgia, Fla.... heck even Arkansas would probably beat WVU. WVU fans just go home and cry.

    At the time of the ACC expansion, Miami was better than both Va Tech and BC. Funny how people can forget things over a couple of years

    You're absolutely right. The 3 best teams left from the Big East to go to the ACC. Miami left first. The Big East is very weak. That was the point.

    I hope not.. because a guy at work slobbers more than UGA the dog over Georgia football

    but anyway.. they might get it.
    they shouldnt by not winning their championship but there isnt any rule saying they cant..
