Tech wins and could be a heck of a team if they could just be a little better on offense. I think they were the best team in the league this year and who knows, if they don't screw up in the 4th quarter against BC in Blacksburg, they could be playing for a National Championship.

Yeah, didn't the ACC want it to be in Charlotte to begin with but Richardson wanted WAY too much money?

Maybe if the ACC Championship was in Charlotte, a team from NC could actually win a game in BOA stadium, since the Panthers can't seem to do it.

Ok, it was a shitty comment, I'm no fair-weather fan.....GO PANTHERS!

Makes too much sense to have it in Charlotte. Not a ACC school city, big enough to do it right and centrally located. This has been one of the few things that Richardson does to piss me off. The Shrine Bowl people approached him about having the annual event there and he wouldn't come off his asking price. That and from what I have read the Meinke Bowl's rent is if not the highest close to the highest of all bowl venues. The PSL holders helped build the fucking stadium, how about giving back every now and then Jerry

Yeah, the entire upper deck was basically empty . . . I think this proves that unless a Florida team is in the ACC title game, Jax Sports fans could care less about the game. Time to give Charlotte a shot at hosting it for 3 years.

The Jaguars aren't even selling out, so it doesn't matter who the teams are. And Charlotte only comes into the mix if Jerry Richardson stops being a dick. Barring that, maybe they have it the day before the SEC championship game in Atlanta.

Hey don't get down on Jerry Richardson too hard.... he hired a great management/scout guy (his son).... ha ha he he.... and all those great draft picks.... and all those veterans on the team that either get concussions or are just too damned old.... ha ha he he.... he couldn't possibly open up the Panthers stadium and let in a college game - the Charlotte fans might actually get to see some real college talent and realize how bad his pro team is....

that was a pretty good Big East Championship game today in Jacksonville.

Just a shame those Big East fans won't travel down to Florida to support their teams.

and oh yeah - fuck off grid

Any chance that the Jags could end up in LA at some point? The Jags Owner (Wayne Weaver) has said in that past that he is staying in town, but I keep hearing that he is still pissed that the stadium was expanded just for the Florida-Georgia game. I would be curious to know how long their lease is at Jax Stadium . . .
