    Depends on the age of the cable lines, according to TWC. I'd say that 80% of the HD channels I get are horribly tiled. Discovery HD is about the only one that is consistently awesome. MTV HD is so bad, I can't even watch it.

    MTV HD has some decent live concerts and shit. It's not the same garbage they run on standard MTV. But the quality sucks so bad, I can't watch it anyway.

    And since I forgot to mention in my previous posts in this thread.... Fuck TWC and fuck the NFL Network. Both of them suck.

    It is common knowledge that if a signal gets blocked you lose reception, asswipe. I never disputed that. I was simply refering to the idiots, like you, that show up in every directv related thread and claim that you lose a satelite signal every time it rains. Which is a myth. It is also a myth that you lose the signal every time it rains hard.

    People who say diectv goes out often are either brainwashed cable subscribers or don't have their dished aligned correctly.

    Like someone else posted, when your dish is aligned dead on, it takes a freakin hurricane to lose the signal at which time cable is probably out also.
