    Agreed that it's Nutt's best option, but it still feels like "don't let the door smack you on the ass on the way out."

    And while McFadden is obviously a stud, all things being equal I'd rather have Mustain behind center and McFadden in the backfield than just McFadden with Dick at QB.

    Looks like the new deal Butch is signing will have a $6 million buyout. So he damn well better win at UNC, because they can't afford to fire him.

    Sounds like the announcement will be next Tuesday.

    He would be stupid not to wait to see what happens at LSU. If for no other reason than to strengthen his negotiating position.

    premium board on IC, but this is someone that's been pretty reliable in the past. The guys also an admin and works for Scout. (I know that doesn't always mean shit, but he's one of the few I'd trust.) He was sent to Atlanta last week to discuss the negotiations and dig up dirt. Want me to repost here? I don't think that should be a problem considering pretty much no one outside of me and Franchise from IC know TBR even exists.

    I guess it shows something about him, since he could have held off, and re-upped for more money when the demand rose for him.
