I am now in the habit of hitting the gym two or three times each week. I have not lost a lot on the scale yet but I do feel a lot better. I have not been as successful with controlling my diet, that may get easier after the holidays though.

Good job man. I hope you are concentrating on the cardio first and then hitting the weights.

If you don't change your diet in conjunction with the exercise it will take a lot longer and you may get frustrated and quit.

    Werd.

Good job, though, Thelt. Keep up the good work. Feeling better is a great motivator.

Also I saw where some doctor claims that for every 30 pound loss the penis gains 1 inch.

I don't know about the validity of that ratio -- you'd need to ask my wife how accurate that is. All I'm sayin' is that I lost 130 lbs...

I am doing 20 minutes on the eliptical machine every time. I am not doing as much on the weights but I am doing three sets of ten on four machines.

I have been trying to change my diet but I have not been consistent enough with it yet. I am struggling with being able to get enough to eat to be full without eating too many calories.

sounds good thelt. are you planning on incorporating some core strength exercises in with your workouts? a little low back and ab work will go a long way.

    keep it up!

Slimfast shakes keep me full and only have 180 calories.

You need to bump up that elliptical time unless you are just falling over after 20 minutes.

And a circuit workout is fine but I don't think 12 sets is going to cut it. The circuit workout should be an extension of the cardio. you should move fast between sets and keep your heart rate up.

I used to think they were bland...but if you blend them with a few scoops of ice cream and some chocolate syrup...they really are tatsy!
