I've been offered them for McNabb. I'm not sure if I need Ward.

I have Derrick Alexander and the following receivers:

    K. Curtis
    M. Colston
    Calvin Johnson
    L. Coles
    Randel-El
    Shaun McDonald

kitnas good, but not great, and ward would be your #2 recever... but mcnabb is on his up swing i bet you... if you trade mcnabb, dont do it for just kitna.

I would get both of them . Kitna would just be a backup for Alexander. The real question is whether or not Hines Ward is useful to me. Its questionable if he would be my third receiver not second IMO.

Of course he may be a better receiver, but that doesn't make him a higher scoring fantasy player.
