You've got to credit David Carr too because he held the ball," Haynesworth said. "That allowed me to get there a little bit. We're getting pressure on the defensive line, not letting him step up. Three times. I guess I was in the right

He can't hit anybody with a pass till he quits watching the dl, and looks downfield.

Actually, and Collin, with all due respect to you, Carr simply does not lead this team. Anybody can see it. I pulled for this guy all game, but it is very obvious that he just does not command the respect of the offense.

    Without their respect, he's lost.

I honestly hate that the Panthers are in this situation at this point in the season.

You were blaming Carr for the sacks until enough people laughed at you for it that you became too embarrassed to continue repeating that nonsense.

No, we're not, but we weren't a playoff team with Jake Delhomme either. With Jake we struggled against an awful St. Louis team, and got blown the fuck out at home by Houston. This team has a hell of a lot of problems, and QB does not crack the top 5.

So the fuck what? The Bears had absolutely no faith in Rex Grossman (who was a hell of a lot worse than Carr has been) and they made the Super Bowl. I imagine that most players for Miami held Trent Green in high respect, but did that make him successful on the field? Teams win games by playing better than the opposition, not based on how much they respect each other or how good a leader the QB is. Obviously guys respect Jake and yet we gave up 34 unanswered points at home against the Texans.

A couple people didn't like it, and a couple people did. I'm not embarassed, or feel I'm wrong. He let a guy fall on him once, and twice he tried to awkwardly run away when pressure came only to be outrun by a 300 lb guy.

He doesn't get the ball out fast enough. You can't say "please don't say bad things about Carr" enough for that not to be true.

And no matter how hard you try to spin it, 6 passing first downs and 100 yards is not enough.

then we'd agree that he has to be a good deal better than this?

Collin Jake QB rating was 111.8 He throw 8 TD and just 1INT.

Now Carr on the other hand his QB Rating is 66.9.He has throw for 2TD and 2INT.Also all the games that he has Start this season he Has look really bad.had Jake play today we would have won the game why because our Defense did keep us in the game and give us a Chance to the game.Collin just be a a man and admitt that you were wrong about Carr

For this team? Sure. We'd need a better QB than Carr or Jake for this team to do well because we have such huge problems in other areas. But Carr is not one of the team's top 5 problems, he's just the most popular scapegoat.

And by the way, did you happen to notice that Vince Young was 14 of 23 for 110 yards, no touchdowns, and 2 interceptions?

    Doubtful.
I would if I were, but I'm not. As I keep pointing out, Carr's flaws are the ones I said he'd have from the beginning.
