    The reality is Testaverde is the starter when healthy.

    I'd rather Moore throw 20+ yard INTS than Carr tiptoe around the backfield throwing and occasional 3 yard dump, that is when he's not getting his clock cleaned for holding the ball too long.

    did i mention he throws like a bitch?

    When Carr sets himself to throw it looks like he tilts his head back to see under his faceguard.
