Carolina beating Virginia wouldn't have helped their recruiting either from my perspective. Only marquee wins attract the notice of big time recruits. Beating some mid-level conference team that gets little national attention doesn't knock anyone's socks off.

Well, as we all know all N.C. schools heavily recruit in the state of Virginia. Those looking to go to Virginia (a team that previously had a #15 national ranking) may have seen this game, or been there for that matter. If they saw what I saw (a packed house, and a team performing very well) then they could very well steal a recruit or two from Virginia, and probably more that were looking toward other schools. By no means am I an NC State fan, I bleed purple and gold. But, I would much rather see State put out a good team than those queers in baby blue.

I always thought ECU people were supposed to hate State, but then I got out here and starting seeing wolfpack stickers all over the place.

actually, i find that ECU fans and State fans get along great. every time that we go to a game we tailgate with our friends that are state fans. it's about 10 ECU fans and 10 State fans and we all get along great. It used to be a bitter rivalry, but now its more of a friendly rivalry. Mainly I think that this is because we have enemy #1 in common. GO TO HELL CAROLINA, GO TO HELL.

Why in the blue hell would anyone move to Greenville? Must of not had any other options. Only place I can think of worse than Greenville is Chapel Hill.

I'm just picking. Greenville isn't an ideal place for me, but I know many friends that loved Greenville. However, I'm not a big fan of Chapel Hill either, but some like it.

But seriously, Chapel Hill does have some nice scenery...that view from the baseball field is nice. As is the view from the hill above the Dean Dome.

My 3 years in Greenville were awful. What a remote, devoid of culture, piece of shit town that was.
