just curious...how many of his drops were legit catchable balls? I've seen him try and catch passes thrown low and behind him on several occasions... He has had some bad drops, don't get me wrong, but it's not like an obscene amount...unless I missed some.

If Smith played with Peyton Manning he would put up numbers far better than Wayne has. Don't get me wrong Wayne is very good but Smith has never had a guy like Peyton to get him the ball.

He has caught an assload of balls that were borderline uncatchable...he's like a mini Randy Moss in that respect. But you're right...he has dropped a few 'easy ones'...but no more than his fair share...and considering the carrousel of QB's throwing and the differences in delivery he's had to see, I sort of give him a pass on most of those. ALL our QB's should be throwing the ball to Smitty where it gives him a chance to do his thing AFTER the catch. No excuse from ANY of them; Carr, Jake, Vinny, Moore, for anything less. If you've got an elephant gun that is most effective when it's loaded in a certain fashion, then your job is to load it in the fashion that gives it the best chance to take down the elephant. Otherwise it's just a fancy stick.

And what is so wrong with a fancy stick?

Those people in Africa that riot all the time shake fancy sticks around and look quite scary. Which begs the question....who is providing them with those fancy sticks?

    MOAB Jerry Richardson!!!!

Dump Carr, he sux. He completed 11 passes for only 68 yds and that just shit... id rather have a injured 43 yr old QB on the field than a washed up, has been pussy who wont throw more than 2 yards a pass
