    oh come on people - too many characters? Not really any more than last year - they had to replace the ones that were killed off - Isaac, his girlfriend, DL, Linderman, Eric Robert's character, the nuclear cave man, the invisible guy - all gone. That's probably about how many new characters are on this year. Not to mention the characters that aren't in it much this year - Nicki (they need more of her just because she looks good), Ando, Seal among others.

    It's not like it's a two hour movie with too much crammed into it - it's a series. All these different story lines and characters will come together just like it did last year.

    And its not like a small group of people are the ONLY people with powers.

    So Claire has her car stolen by a guy who drives it to Mexico, where he breaks out of jail with the help of a brother and sister on their way to New York, and along the way they find Sylar in the desert. Hmmmm.
