Except you don't want to throw Moore to the wolves if he's not ready. Maybe that's what Vinny is here for.

OK. Yeah, like I said that's what I figured, it was just a missing ingredient in the initial post. After all the talk regarding him and Carr the question would otherwise be kinda baiting and I didn't figure that was the idea.

I'd put Vinny in to see if he has what it takes to get us to 9-7 or 10-6.

I would say the only reason Fox and Hurney go with Vinny or Moore is because they feel desperate. If they dont feel desperate, why wouldnt you go with Moore? Vinny obviously has no future with this team or in the league.

Why in the world would you throw Matt Moore out there if he's not ready? Say what you will about Vinny, but he is light years ahead of any other QB on the roster as far as the mental part of the game and he still has a good arm. I would start him over Moore right now.

Becuase they might not be concerned about the future when the team is 3-2 and Carr will be back soon.

The way our offense has been playing, struggling badly would be hard to judge. You mean if we don't score for 3 quarters? By that time we won't be able to come back from 21-0 or 21-3. We only scored 1 touchdown last week, AND the week before that.

I think whoever is QB is gonna be handing off a lot and passing a little. I really don't care who they put in, but they better not waste too much time evaluating them if we're gonna have a chance to win.

The only plus this week is we're playing a banged up Cardinals team, so we may be able to eke out another one.
