Who would YOU prefer start at QB for Carolina v. AZ? I think I know what you will say, but I'm curious...

EDIT--sorry if I missed your thoughts on this in other threads--been NASCAR busy this week, and haven't been on much...

Couldn't this have been handled in a PM? Carr is far and away our best chance to win games for the remainder of the season. If he is unable to play, I'd actually rather see Moore in there than Testaverde.

I thought about that after I made the post, but I was actually looking for the back half of your response. And I couldn't agree more. Moore is the better option behind Carr based on his youth, and 5+ weeks in the system opposed to VT's 3 days in and 43 year old legs.

    My bad on the PM....

    Why PM?

Colon is a big boy and should be able to stand behind his statements.

I think, or hope, the idea was who he wanted to start if Carr wasn't. I have a hard time believing that anyone actually wants to start Vinny or his illegitimate son this week.

I want to see more Moore. If Carr sucks this week, and he might (he has a boo-boo on his back), then please don't don't put in Vinny and his Jets. I had enough of him back in 1990.

Vinnie is not in our future so if Carr can't go for whatever reason put Moore in there. Heck if Carr sucks, put Moore in there.

exactly...if Carr can't go, who would he want to start, and I agrreed with him that Moore is a better option than Vinny T.

It seems that all signs are pointing to it being Vinny if not Carr. It just doesn't seem the team has any faith in Moore considering they yanked him for a drugged up Carr after one series.

I figure if Carr couldn't start I'd give Moore a shot, and let him bury himself. If he's solid there's a future there. If he's a flat out turd you replace him at the half with Vinny knowing its just cleanup duty anyways.
