Season started last night. Decent show and should be interesting how he picks the new team.

 

I wonder how many are going to be on the new team.

I guess one is the nurse he told to submit an application and the other I guess is the dude with the frat/stoner friends he called up.

 

Looked like a room full based on the final scene last night. He's going to do a "Survivor" like scenario and get rid of one or a couple each week I guess until he has a couple left. Of course, the original three are still on the show so I don't know what kind of wrinkle that creates.

 

So anybody else still watching this show? I was a little skeptical at first but the writers are starting to pull the original 3 docs back into the story line. The humor seems to be up a notch and the diseases a little weirder.

Still watching it, but I'm just not sure about this year's vibe. I'm concerned the powers that be are going to ruin my favorite show.

For the past 3 seasons, House has played his games and done his thing, but my impression has always been that the medicine and the patient came first, when it came down to brass tacks. This year, it hasn't been that way. He's having more fun playing with his candidates and Cuddy than he is trying to diagnose the patients.

 

If the writers go on strike House isn't the only show that may be ruined.
