Trade proposal

In my local league I have Hasselbeck and Schaub as QB
Roy Williams, Brandon Marshall and Chad Johnson as WR
Whitten and Dallas Clark as TE

I have been offered
Kitna, Vernon Davis and Reggie Brown
for
Schaub, Witten and Brandon Marshall

I am giving up a better TE to maybe maybe upgrade QB and who knows what at WR. Brown has sucked ass so far and Marshall seems to have caught Cutlers eye. The only way Marshall gets a start is if one of my 2 primary WRs get hurt or one of their bye weeks. Do I pull the trigger?

 

the primary advantage to that is that you may get a little more points for having a QB-WR combo from one team.

It could be big depending on your league scoring. For example, this week my opponent had roy williams and kitna starting in a 2 QB, PPR league. Kitna got 48 points and williams got 50. I lost by a slight 160 points. Kitna is also a top 4 scoring QB in that league. So it just depends on what your setup is.

 

You don't get any more points for having two players from the same team. You get whatever points each individual scores regardless of who else is on your squad.

And that is not a good offer.

 

If you wants us to play for you just give us the fucking password.

 

exactly, which is what I was saying. You'd get credit twice for every time that kitna throws a pass to roy williams. Points for williams, and points for kitna, for the same thing.

There's a guy in one of my leagues doing this with brady and moss. Fucking everyone up.
