    Hell yeah :D :D !!!!!!!!

Seriously though, I would rather see my cable bill go up next year to pay for something I might watch every so often (MASN) vs. something I probably won't (Shopping Channel #37). I hate it when TWC seems so concerned about my cable bill on one hand, but then they announce another price hike a few months later (which should be right about now).

At this point, anything besides being locked in to one cable outlet's network (NEWS14) would be better than nothing!!!! I'm not upset at Time Warner perse; I mean, they kinda got it right with SPORTSCHANNEL NY (which is owned by them and the Mets); Make it available to all cable systems in the Tri-State area (where area sports fans would be bitching & moaning in a second if they couldn't get the Mets games). Once again, what made Robert Johnson sign off on putting CSET on a digital only tier   ? ? ?

THE BOTTOME LINE: One day, a regional sports network based in Charlotte that focuses on the teams of the Carolinas will be born and work. I guess we will have to wait until MLB comes here before it happens, right? And that won't happen for another 10-15 years probably . . . Bleahhhh :( :( :( !!!!

Why can't the Bobcats work a deal with FSN South or SportSouth? If you look at both networks SportSouth has all the Atlanta teams (Braves/Hawks/Thrashers) while FSN South regional splits in baseball (Braves/Reds/Orioles/Cards in West Tennessee), NHL splits (Canes, Nashville) and some NBA games (Memphis Grizzles).

It would seem like the Bobcats would fit in well with the Grizzlies in the FSN South gameplan.

After the Bobcats first arrived and Bob Johnson was dreaming about his future regional sports network (CSET), he said [adlib] ' . . He didn't just want to take a check from FSN and they leave after every game'. This pretty much burnt the bridge in them ever making a deal with FSN-South to air the games (you can't even find a link to the Bobcats on their pro team page). I don't know what it would take for the Bobcats to even get FSN/SPORTSSOUTH to the table to make a deal, but I'm sure it would cost the team plenty.

Another example of Bob Johnson's arrogance and stupidity in opening a professional sports franchise.
