    It could happen, it's not likely, but it's not like Carolina is getting ready to play a football school like Florida, LSU or Southern Cal...

    The Pirates are being embarrassed and thrashed today. WVU looks like the real deal.

    yeah, you have to be a dumb sonnovabitch to think ecu even had a chance in this game. They've played decently the past few weeks, but they're playing a top 5 team now. There's still time for them to get garbage points against the WVU backups though.

    I'll laugh when WVU still drops in the polls.

    ESPN has UNC/USF, and ESPN2 has WVU blowing out ECU 41-0..

    switch to something else..

    I thought WVU was pretty overrated based on their previous games, but they looked damn good today. Some homer officiating put the Pirates on their heels early on, but the Mountaineers were just far better overall. I'm glad that I decided against going.
