    you honestly can't?

Why would JR not? You yourself suggested Fox did. I'll see what I can find from 5 years ago, OK?

i think rake is simply saying that the opinions of fox, jake and mitchell are insignificant. and i think that a fair argument.

apparently that's not your strong suit

you do excel in a couple of areas . . . You could not have chosen a more appropriate name, and you always manage to say the least with the largest number of words. )

    congrats

    No.

No, they didn't. Neither one of them believe that you need external motivation to play football, they were just saying that you don't chance fate by calling out an opponent. It's the same reason you don't give them bulletin board material. The idea isn't that they'll suddenly play better if you insult them, but rather that there's no reason to act like that and it risks humiliation if you don't follow through. I guarantee you that neither Mitchell or Delhomme would feel like they needed someone else to make them play better, and that they'd be insulted if you suggested it.

And stop pretending that either one of them said that it's an important factor in the game. You can't just randomly make up stuff and expect people to accept that.

Did emotion have anything to do with us winning yesterday?

I was actually at the game yesterday. Before we started our drive where King scored the TD, they had a fan up on the screen talking smack to the Panthers, like the catman thing we had against TB back in 2003. Of cause, correlation != causation, but it was amusing.

I was glad that old bat had to go home with the L after talking junk on the big screen. I hate ATL.
