I can't disagree. I know that there are established players who are accused of "taking plays off" and not being "high motor" guys. However, it's likely that even those guys are doing the very best that their skill set and particular make-up allows. There may be a play where a guy gets confused, or gets his bell rung so he looks lazy for a bit, or maybe his vadge is swollen that day (Morgan?), etc, etc. I do not believe that we have any slackers . . . if we did don't you think Fox (or any coach with slackers) would send them packing?
As far as the crowd effecting a player - Since no one here knows what it's like being surrounded by 70,000 screaming people scrutinizing your every move (and millions more on TV) who's to say for sure what effect that could actually have. Personally I would tend to side with Collin on this point. BUT, if there were a significant percentage of NFL players (WHO WOULD KNOW FIRST HAND) suggesting that it makes a difference then that would probably change my mind on the issue.

Jeff Mitchell and Jake Delhomme sure seem to think so...as referenced in the article in this thread.

And Magnus, Collin will get back to you soon, he is out running...

I presented two guys saying that it was an important factor in a game, youve presented none saying that it isnt, so either get some facts to back up your opinion or shut it.:behead:

What . . . yet another insecure lil' asshole who feels the need to try and be a big tough guy and prove someone else wrong to feel better about him lil' self!?!?! Noooooo. Not on THIS board :stunned:

generally, when someone makes an accusation (YOU for one) the burden of proof is theirs . . . )

why don't you run along and find somebody else to play with:seeya:
