    Once a bear attacked Chuck Norris. The bear did not realize who it was he had attacked and when it did realize it started running north. The bear was so scared that its fur turned white. Its decendents are known as polar bears.

    the media's taking it hard that Fox isn't being accountable for them

    I'm a little concerned with whether Fox is being accountable to his guys and holding players accountable for theirs, after reading these words, but there's nothing in me that specifically warrants questioning Fox there.

    when you're beaten down all game, you get used to the idea, so I don't expect these guys to be crying about it at the end after 60 minutes.

    Fox covering for someone in the newspaper doesn't mean he's not giving that player an earful behind the scenes. I'd much rather have a guy like him, as opposed to a coach like Coughlin who creates distractions.

    undoubtedly. My only concern is that this type stuff, combined with our tendency to slump, can be a bad combination.

    I don't think it matters at all. Belichick doesn't do it, and his teams don't slump.
