    It's just fat. If you run and diet correctly it'll go away. I worked out for years and while being strong, didn't have the definition I wanted. I started running, and ate less shit, and my extra fat melted away.

    i ran for years since my days in the marines. somewhere around the age of 45 my lower back sprang a leak and i had to give up the high impact stuff. but i do agree with you. i miss my 3 mile fix from time to time.

    well I also took aquarobics in college for one of the bullshit PE classes. I was actually impressed at what you can do flopping around in a pool. I injured my ankle tearing down goal posts that semester too, so I was able to get a nice workout in when I was unable to run much.
