    DD didn't work for me. I didn't buy Affleck as Murdock. The casting of Garner as Elektra didn't work for me. Kingpin, the rose, and him killing Matt's dad was a direct lift from Burton's Batman.

    Pretty much the only character I thought felt right was Farveau's Foggy.

    The writer/director, Mark Steven Johnson, took one of the greatest comic book stories ever, Miller's Elektra arc, and fucked it up. Also note the hack job he did on Ghost Rider featuring Tiny Elvis as Johnny Blaze.
