    I don't see how he can avoid being punished by the law. However, he's more likely to lose his job over it since he is known and is a public face of two organizations where most of us would not.

    Charmeck website says this happened last Sat, Aug 25th.

    sucks. agreed he is the best thing going at that station. dont know what the policy is at WFNZ for this type of stuff

    It's hard to believe it has been kept under wraps this long. FNZ must've been paying off The Observer.

    Anyway, it's too bad. I hope things turn out well for him.

    I dont think he'll get fired. Nobody would listen without him on the show. I hate when Gary is off and Jim tries to carry on.

    He's a douche. I thought I had heard he was no longer on the air...guess he still is. I hope he gets fired.

    Even though I live in Raleigh, I always enjoy starting my workday off by listening to the MSP. Best local sports talk show in the Carolinas, IMHO... That said, he should be punished severely.
