I have to give her credit. A nurse wanted to help the poor and forgotten and needed money so she used the Church. I am sure she is not the only nurse in the World that has doubts about a supreme being. I listened to a Catholic priest in Italy being interviewed about her diary. He had the Perfect Catholic spin of course. If Zen Buddhists had money she would have been their Saint. Good for her, I am glad she was a server instead of a Priest. There is already enough people in the world telling you how to be because of some supreme being. I am more impressed with the people that that live a life of giving every day without the crutch of reward down the road.

    See you folks around.

She was awesome, I don't care what anybody says. Her work speaks for itself.

That she didn't believe in God or doubted his existence.

You don't have to believe in God to be a good person and do right by your fellow man.

That's pretty obvious spin, yourself. Don't take her struggles and pretend that she was just exploiting the Catholic church. That's an asinine way of viewing it, given that she wouldn't have been tormented by a lack of faith if she didn't love the church.
