    Seriously, is it easier for you to fall asleep if you roll one out before bed? Whether it's courtesy of yourself or your fiancee.

    Tryptophan? The stuff that's supposedly in milk & turkey that tends to make you sleepy? An amino acid, I think . . .

    Chris, didn't you mention that you have to fly often for business? If that's the case, & your anxiety is severe enough to need prescription medication, you might want to look at a longer-term (& safer) solution. Maybe seriously looking for a career change that would eliminate that trigger. Maybe some behavioral/psychological therapy to manage it without meds (or with something milder & safer). If you're anxious & stressed in general, it seems that would be an excellent long-term investment in your health. Just throwing some ideas out there . . . .

    Last night was the first "school night" I slept drug free and it was hard. I didn't sleep well at all. Seemed like I woke up ever 20 minutes or so. It's going to be hard, but I'm trying to stay off the meds for sleep.
