    I've actually picked up 2 new realtors to send me business this week. Keller Williams used Homebanc (or at least they were ENCOURAGED). Homebanc bit the dust. I've done all the loans for one of their top agents in Charlotte for 2 years...she's promising to introduce me to quite a few more.

    I feel sorry for the people at Homebanc :sadbanana: , but not for me. :clap:
